[A simple message to Luceti:]

The legendary trainer Red has returned to Kanto.

[After sending it out, Mewtwo goes straight to the Battle Dome, tense with frustration and fury. The simulation he starts up is one he's never used before - a ravaged wasteland, and a single, small, brave-or-stupid opponent.

His goal is to lose.


Mewtwo returns to the new house around sunset, and for a moment as he walks through the door he looks as though he's about to destroy something - but the expression and stance pass, and he moves silently towards his room.]

[Tch... Great. Just great. First Blue disappeared, and now it's Red. Dammit, it can't be happening. Not again. Everyone can't leave him behind again...

Gold's just going to stay in his room today.]

[...Senior Red is gone?

Oh man, that's going to hit everyone pretty hard.

When Mewtwo comes home today, he'll find a plate full of fresh fruit by the door to his room. Silver can't do much, but at least he can throw some kind gesture in Mewtwo's direction.]

That's....touching.


Mewtwo stares at the plate for a moment before picking it up and tiredly entering his room with it. He doesn't close the door behind him, but goes to his pillow pile and lies down there to silently think.]

[...Gone? Red's gone?

Well that's a great way to start the morning. Yellow's not really going to answer Mewtwo's entry or anything and... yeah this is going to be an inside day, for the most part..]

So the fact he has? That gets Robert's attention.]

I am sorry for your loss, Mewtwo.

[He doesn't know how genuine it sounds - or whether the words convey much if anything - but he really is sorry.]

I cannot recall hearing of such an individual, but his loss evidently means a great deal to you.

[And he's definitely willing to listen. After Giles' loss, Robert is thoroughly understanding the pain of important people going home.]

I think it is important that his stories be made known.

[Especially now...]

Red is a trainer of great power - sincere, compassionate, and willful. He is responsible for the fall of the criminal empire Team Rocket that occurred five years before my arrival in Luceti. In not only that action, but many others since, he has rescued countless Pokemon and humans from wrongs too vile to name.

He is a hero, and a leader of heroes, and I owe him my life and my honor.

[Anybody who warrants these words from Mewtwo must truly deserve them. Mewtwo doesn't seem to be the kind of person who would dispense such praise lightly - and so Robert takes it to heart, especially the final sentence.]

I hope that he returns to Luceti one day, or failing that, his life at his home is something befitting such an honourable person.

And I am glad he was there to protect you, when you needed it.
